CER approves NGTL application for rate design methodology and other services

The Commission of the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) has approved [Filing C05448] a rate design methodology and other terms and conditions of service for the NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) System. In reviewing the NGTL application, the CER concluded that the proposed rate design methodology will result in tolls that are just and reasonable and not unjustly discriminatory.

This application was filed in March, 2019 before the Canadian Energy Regulator Act came into effect and was reviewed under the National Energy Board Act.
