Borrowing materials/Request publications

Once you locate an item from our collection you would like to borrow, provide the title of the item to your local Library, along with our email address (library@cer-rec.gc.ca). Your local Librarian will contact us to arrange for the loan on your behalf. You will be able to pick up the item from your local Library as soon as it arrives and return it to your local Library when you have finished with it.

You may request paper copies of publications by calling or emailing the Library. Please note some publications are only available digitally.

Service Standard:

Library staff will provide you with information or send you the requested publication(s) within three business days following receipt of your request. Please note that large orders may take longer, in which case, we will advise you of the estimated time required.
For a list of electronic publications produced by the CER go to the Publications and Reports webpage. Historical holdings can be found in the Library catalogue.
