CER Library
The Canada Energy Regulator (CER) Library provides access to a unique collection of industry, regulatory and energy information. Our collections include CER publications, regulatory documents, historical records and specialized resources, many of which are only accessible through our library. We take great pride in collecting and preserving the literature of the CER.
The public has access to a range of services offered by the library, including consultation of regulatory documents, copies of CER publications, and referrals to internal and external sources of information.

Borrowing materials/Request publications
The CER produces a wide variety of publications about regulatory hearings and research findings on energy matters. You may request hard copies by contacting the Library.

Hours of Operation and Access:
- 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday onsite access and online service on Friday (excluding Canadian Statutory Holidays).
- Library located on the second floor of the Center10 building (517 10 Ave SW Calgary, AB T2R 0A8)
- The CER Library requires all external clients to call or email us prior to coming to the Library.
