Federal Court of Appeal issues Trans Mountain Expansion project decision

Today’s decision by the Federal Court of Appeal has quashed the Governor in Council (GiC or Federal Government) Order in Council for the Trans Mountain Expansion project, and found the resultant NEB certificate has been nullified. The NEB appreciates having the Court’s direction and will take the time required to fully read and review the Court’s decision.
