TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company ASA, Petroleum GeoServices and MultiKlient Invest AS (TGS, PGS and MKI) NorthEastern Canada 2D Seismic Survey – Request for a change to the proposed commencement and completion dates of the Geophysical Operations Authorization (GOA) issued on 26 June 2014
The National Energy Board has considered the above-referenced request in MKI’s letter dated 1 October 2014. The letter states that the variance is necessary because there is insufficient time to implement all the approved Benefit commitments and all the terms and conditions of the Geophysical Operations Authorization. The Board has issued the amended GOA in Attachment I, granting the requested change to the proposed commencement and completion dates to July 1, 2015 and November 30, 2019 respectively.
