Following introductions, the NEB explained the scope of the Review and outlined the content of its three phases.
The Premier and Minister McLeod provided comments on the NEB presentation, and undertook to include these comments in a letter to the NEB.
Following the meeting, a letter dated 30 November 2010 was sent to the NEB by Minister McLeod.
