Kingston Midstream Limited’s Final Audit Report

The CER conducted a Facility Integrity Management operational audit of Kingston Midstream Limited (Kingston).
The audit assessed whether the company’s integrity management program for facilities is adequate to avoid and control events that might cause harm to people, property or the environment.
Of the six regulatory requirements evaluated, two had no issues identified and four were deemed non-compliant. There were no immediate safety concerns from the non-compliances.
We will monitor Kingston’s Corrective and Preventative Action Plan to address issues found in the audit.
