CER Emergency Response: TC energy facility located near Edson, AB

The CER has just been made aware of an incident that occurred on April 16, 2024 at a TC Energy facility located near Edson, AB. We are sending CER inspectors to the area to monitor and oversee the company’s response and determine the impact of the incident. Our first priority is the safety and protection of the public, workers, CER staff and the environment. More information will be released as it becomes available.
