CER Library

The Canada Energy Regulator Library provides access to CER, industry, and energy information. Our Library collection is unique and some materials can only be accessed through our Library. We take great pride in collecting and preserving the literature of the CER.

Our collections include: monographs, periodicals, reference materials, maps, speeches, standards, NEB/CER publications, hearing materials, frontier information. We emphasize digital technologies so our clients can access reliable information quickly and easily.

Once you locate an item from our collection you would like to borrow, provide the title of the item to your local Library, along with our email address (library@cer-rec.gc.ca). Your local Librarian will contact us to arrange for the loan on your behalf. You will be able to pick up the item from your local Library as soon as it arrives, and return it to your local Library when you have finished with it.
