NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. – Weyerhaeuser Main Haul Road Pipe Replacement
Project Background
NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) has filed an application for the Weyerhaeuser Main Haul Road Pipe Replacement project (Project).
The Project is proposed to consist of replacing approximately 50 to 80 metre (m) section of pipe, under the Weyerhaeuser Main Haul Road. The Project will be located entirely on Crown land in NE 15-064-07 W6M, within an existing NGTL disposition, approximately 91 kilometres (km) northwest of Grand Cache, Alberta.
The Project will require approximately 0.52 hectares of temporary workspace on Crown land for the construction phase.
Project construction is planned to commence August 2024, with a target project-in-service date of November 2024.
