NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. – Blueberry Hill South Receipt Meter Station

Project Background

NGTL GP Ltd. (NGTL GP), as general partner on behalf of NGTL Limited Partnership has filed an application for the Blueberry Hill South Receipt Meter Station. The proposed project involves construction and operation of a new 1084U ultrasonic meter station, including an NPS 8 meter run and a NPS 4 return run. Based on preliminary design, the new station will include skid mounted meter run building and separator, instrumentation building skid, skid return connection piping and yard piping from the customer tie-in to the meter building, and associated piping from the meter building to the NGTL System mainline. The project will be located entirely on Crown land in NW 01-079-11 W6M, approximately 3 km west of Gordondale, Alberta. The Project will require approximately 0.5 ha of new land for the meter station and permanent access road. Approximately 0.2 ha of temporary workspace is anticipated to be required for the construction of the project.

Project construction is planned to commence on 3 February 2025, with an expected project-in-service date in April 2025.
