Safety Order SG-W102-002-2015 - Board letter dated 9 March 2016 requiring Completed Audit Template 13 April 2016 Request for Extension

The Board (Board) is in receipt of Westcoast’s 13 April 2016 letter. In that letter, Westcoast requested an extension from 22 April 2016 to 10 June 2016 for the submission of its completed audit template. Westcoast stated that, due to a meeting with Board staff about the audit template, the extension is required for additional evaluation, to ensure re-alignment of Westcoast’s data.

In addition, Westcoast requests that its Information Request response provided on 10 June 2016 serve as the quarterly reports on 30 April 2016 and 31 July 2016. Westcoast states that the original quarterly report filing schedule would resume on 31 October 2016.

The Board agrees with Westcoast and grants the requested extension. The Board also approves the approach to quarterly reports described by Westcoast. The Board directs Westcoast to file its completed audit template by 10 June 2016.
