NGTL GP Ltd., as general partner on behalf of NGTL Limited Partnership – Elmsworth High No. 2 Receipt Meter Station

Project Background

NGTL GP Ltd. (NGTL GP), as general partner on behalf of NGTL Limited Partnership, has filed an application for the Elmsworth High No. 2 Receipt Meter Station. The proposed project involves installation of a new 1212U ultrasonic meter station including an NPS 12-meter run (approximately 7 m), NPS 4 return run (approximately 5 m), sour protection facilities consisting of 84 m of above ground NPS 48 pipe, associated buildings and NPS 12-yard piping (approximately 140 m). The Project will be located entirely on freehold land in SW 09-070-11 W6M, approximately 2 km southwest of Elmworth, Alberta. The Project will require the acquisition of approximately 0.35 ha of new land. Temporary workspace will be required for construction on and off existing NGTL GP dispositions. The metering facility will tie to NGTL GP’s existing NPS 24 Grande Prairie Mainline Loop – Elmworth Section.

Project construction is planned to commence on 18 January 2027, with an expected project-in-service date in July 2027.
