To register to participate in a hearing, please complete the online form. The Commission will use the information you provide to decide how you will be allowed to participate. The form will be listed below for the hearing you are interested in.
Your completed online form will automatically be served on the company and appear in the Canada Energy Regulator’s (CER’s) public repository REGDOCS.
If you need to submit the form using a different method, please contact a process advisor.

The Application to Participate form is unique for each hearing. For your application to be considered, please make sure you choose the correct hearing for which you want to apply to participate.
